One of my travelling highlights has been eating in a local restaurant in Bulgaria with my ski group; it was one of those never-to-forget moments. It was such a great night, with local food, local drink and great entertainment. The main highlight was to have such a fantastic night getting to know new friends - people I had only just met.

A safari in Botswana is next on my list. From looking at all the amazing images of Africa, I just can’t wait to see it for real. I’ve heard so many amazing reviews from people who have travelled on safari, they have said it is the most memorable experience they have had; getting up close to lions, elephants and other big game – it’s a trip I’d love to experience for myself.  Another dream come true for me would be to take a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls.
