I’ve completely fallen in love with Japan. I knew before I visited that I would love it, but going there just exceeded my expectations and now it’s my favourite place on Earth. I grew up surrounded by a lot of Japanese culture, so I felt at home when I spent three weeks there a few years ago. The people are brilliant, the food is fantastic and the contrast of old vs new is just stunning.

I’m on a bit of a fitness regime at the moment and I’m hungry for a challenge, so I’d love to climb Kilimanjaro next! Tim from our IT team did this a couple of years back and talking to him about it has totally inspired me to give it a shot. 

When I travel, I always take my camera with me - I can’t go anywhere without it! I am known to be quite snap happy, often taking hundreds of photos a day. It’s probably because I have a bad memory and photos help me remember everything I have seen (and eaten)!
