My favourite adventure was to Thailand when I travelled on Explore’s Islands in the Sun tour.  Island hopping was fantastic; we got to see a bit of everything including Bangkok. There was so much to do and see. Thailand is a great place to combine activity with some relaxation time….it has a great climate too!

The best meal I’ve ever had abroad was in Thailand. Tiger Prawns…they were delicious! The pancakes on Koh San Road were a little treat too; the street food in Thailand is some of the best I’ve ever tasted.  

Where’s next for me? I’ve always wanted to go to Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand…..also Mexico, Cuba…and Iceland too. The list is endless…
