Hong Kong Tourism Board release new augmented reality app
Travellers planning an adventure holiday to Hong Kong should include a visit to the Karin Weber Gallery of Contemporary Fine Art in their trip.
That is because the art gallery has one of the best collections of modern art in south-east Asia, holding works by artists such as Zhang Yuzhou, Rosi Helms and Wang Gang.
People visiting the Karin Weber Gallery of Contemporary Fine Art will see "an energetic, outgoing and accessible art gallery [which will] inspire, interest and provide enjoyment and cultural enrichment to collectors and public alike," according to the eponymous owner of the space.
Meanwhile, the Hong Kong Tourism Board has recently unveiled a brand new 'augmented reality' mobile application that will help visitors find their way around the city.
James Tien, the chairman of Hong Kong's tourism body, said: "We have joined hands with [airline] Cathay Pacific to devise the Discover Hong Kong Mobile App Series.
"These mobile applications also provide a platform for the HKTB to introduce the mega events and activities, as well as retail and dining outlets in the city, maximising the effectiveness of our promotions."
