Highlight: Playing football with the monk at Ngor Monastery. Unexpected: Lots of loo breaks required due to the high altitude and having to drink a lot of water. What goes in must come out. Advice: Some of the monestry can be quite smokey and claustrophobic. (OE- 11th July 2009)
