How was your Explore Tour Leader?

Jo was excellent. fount of knowledge, helpful and well organised.

What tips would you give to someone else booking this tour?

Get involved in the activities.

Do you have anything else to add?

The transport - van- was not suitable for the task - wildlife watching through windows you couldn't open. also short of space if tour full.

We have noted your comment regarding the transportation van and we appreciate that this was a source of dissatisfaction for you.  The vehicles we use in the countries we visit are locally owned and operated and facilities cannot always be guaranteed. This having been said in view of your comments we are happy to discuss the matter with our local agents to determine whether it is possible to locate a bus with functioning windows for future groups.

It’s great you got to have lunch at the Plein of 6 Glaciers in the glorious sunshine and we can imagine the view must have been amazing.
