What I enjoyed sharing most with my clients is culture, traditions and the birds and wildlife of the Senegambia region, food. I am most proud of my country is the rich culture and most importantly the peaceful nature of the country and friendliness of the people, where the name smiling coast of Africa comes from.

What is your favourite local food?
My favourite local food is called fried rice (jollof rice) locally cooked with either fish, chicken or beef. All vegetables cooked in one cooking pot with tomato sauce.
What do travellers find most surprising when they visit?
What surprise my clients mostly is how different people from different ethnic groups and cultures live peacefully together, how people from different religions live in peace, love and harmony and how two countries the Gambia and Senegal have lot in common, e.g culture, traditions, language, food, music even the local names of people.
