He listened to the group but also was comfortable making decisions that were necessary to keep us safe (turning back on a hike when the wind was so severe it became unsafe). He was able to pivot to a safer hike, so we didn't lose too much time that day. He is an excellent leader. Always smiling, friendly and very knowledgeable about the island, especially the flora."
