​David’s love of travel began at a young age, fuelled by adventure stories and a fascination with Australia. After a year backpacking and working across New Zealand and Australia, he was hooked. Drawn to wildlife, wild landscapes and the outdoors, he loves exploring on foot, by bike or kayak, and seeking out unforgettable wildlife encounters. With 15 years’ experience in the travel industry across the UK and Canada, David has worked in adventure travel, whale watching, and white-water rafting. One of his favourite destinations is Namibia, where a highlight was watching wildlife gather at an Etosha watering hole – especially the cheeky warthogs pushing to the front!
