Born in Australia to British parents, Laura has spent her life balancing everyday life with an unending thirst for adventure. Luckily for her, a career in travel has largely enabled it, and she's now clocked up 20 years in the travel industry, working with a number of tour operators, hotel groups, tourist boards and airlines.

Laura has a special afinity for the Middle East and Africa, and a passion for positive-impact adventures. Having studied Literature at university, another great passion is reading and she loves to pair her adventures with great fiction set in the destination. Having recently celebrated her youngest child turning seven - finally old enough for Explore family holidays! - Laura is looking forward to sharing her love of adventure with her two girls.
