Plans changed? Cancel up to 70 days before your trip, your 10% deposit stays safe as credit for a future trip. You can also change your plans at any time up to 10 days prior to departure, with any applicable costs* deducted.
* If it's 10 or more days from your trip start date, we can apply our Explore Flex policy and reach out to our local team to see if we can recover any of your cancellation costs. While we can't guarantee the outcome, we will certainly advocate for you! Any recoverable costs will be issued as a credit voucher that can be used towards a new booking with Explore within 12 months of issue.
100% refund if we're not able to operate your trip
If Explore cancels your trip, you’ll receive a full refund. This also applies if government travel advice from your country of residence advises against travel to your destination.
