Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter 

The promoter is Explore Worldwide Ltd, Nelson House, 55 Victoria Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7PA (“Explore”), in partnership with Greenhouse Juice Co. (“Greenhouse Juice”). 
 

2. Eligibility 
 

  1. The prize draw is open to residents of Canada and the USA aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Explore Worldwide Ltd, Greenhouse Juice, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.  

  1. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.  

  1. Only one entry per unique valid email address will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 
     

3. Promotional Period 

The promotional period begins on April 07, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (EST) on  April 27, 2026.


4. How to Enter 

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter.  

  1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form via the Explore or Greenhouse Juice website during the promotional period.  

  1. Entrants must provide valid and complete information as requested on the entry form.  

  1. Incomplete, late, illegible, or offensive entries will not be accepted.  

  1. Explore is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.  

  1. Automated or robotic entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.  


5. The Prize 
 

  1. One prize winner will receive a choice of one of the following Explore small group adventure holidays for two adults (aged 18 or over):
    • Inca Trail Trek (9 days) – value up to $3,180 CAD / $2,260 USD
    • Cycle Puglia (8 days) – value up to $3,990 CAD /$2,830 USD
    • Amalfi Coast Walking – Agriturismo (8 days) – value up to $3,110 CAD / $2,210 USD
  2. The prize holiday includes accommodation (with a single room upgrade), ground transport, selected activities and meals as per the itinerary, an Explore Tour Leader, local guides, and return airport transfers within the destination country (if arriving/departing from the recommended airport).
  3. The prize must be booked and travelled in 2026 and is subject to availability.
  4. The prize must be booked at least six (6) weeks prior to departure.

 

6. What the Prize Does Not Include 

The prize does not include international flights, travel insurance, visas, optional activities, additional meals not listed in the itinerary, personal expenses, or any upgrades or add-ons. 


7. Booking Conditions 
 

  1. The prize must be booked directly with Explore and is subject to availability on selected departures in 2026.  

  1. The winner is responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas (if required), and adequate travel insurance.  

  1. Additional passengers may be added to the booking, subject to availability, and will be charged the full applicable adult price at the time of booking.  

  1. The prize is subject to Explore’s standard booking terms and conditions.  Conditions (see www.exploreworldwide.ca/essential-information/terms-and-conditions).  


8. Winner Selection and Notification 

  1. One prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on April 28, 2026.

  1. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the draw.  

  1. The winner must respond within twenty (20) working days of notification to claim the prize.  

  1. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this timeframe, or declines the prize, Explore reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
      

9. Verification 

Explore reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, and eligibility before confirming the prize. 
 

10. Data Protection and Privacy 
 

  1. Explore Worldwide Ltd will use personal information provided by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.  

  1. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their personal data may be used to administer the competition and fulfil the prize.  
     

11. Publicity 

By entering, participants agree that the winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including being photographed, filmed, or interviewed, and consent to such materials being used by Explore and Greenhouse Juice for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 


12. Prize Restrictions 

  1. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash alternative.  

  1. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other alternative prize or holiday.  

  1. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.  

  1. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, Explore reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.  


13. General 

  1. Explore reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.  

  1. Explore reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.  

  1. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  

  1. Explore’s standard booking terms and conditions apply to all elements of the prize.
