If your teenagers love excitement and adventure, how about joining an Explore Teen Adventure and giving them a holiday jam-packed with new experiences, new activities and the chance to share it all with others their own age?

Our teen adventures are imaginative, fun and sometimes challenging. Best of all you’ll be travelling as a small group of families with like-minded teenagers to share all the experiences with. Each tour is packed with adventure: you could hike the Inca Trail in Peru, camel trek across Saharan dunes, cook pastas and pizzas in Sicily or try hydrospeed (riverboarding) in the Pyrenees. We keep busy, push the boundaries, and have a lot of fun!

All our tours have a minimum age, usually around 5 or 8 years old, but recognising that older teens often prefer to travel with others their own age we’ve planned plenty of choices for teenage families. There are two options for Teen Adventures:

Teen 11+ Tours

These are tours designed specifically with teenage families in mind, full of activity, adventure and new experiences. They include our more challenging trekking tours in Peru, Nepal and Morocco and are ideal for families aged 11 to 17.

Teen Departures

Lots of our other tours are ideal for teens too, even if the minimum age is lower, so we’ve reserved some specific dates exclusively for families aged 11 to 17. Please check the dates and prices pages, where ‘Teenage Departures’ are shown, or look out for the “T” symbol on the brochure price panels.
