We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and flexible booking options. With our Explore Flex policies, you have flexibility over your booking with us.
Don't want to proceed after we contact you with your flight price? You'll have 14 days after we contact you in which you can cancel and we'll refund the deposit you paid online in full. (Please note this doesn't apply to late bookings that are 'on request', bookings traveling within 70 days of booking or where our team have advised you that a non-refundable deposit has been taken).
Alternatively, you can swap your option to another trip or different dates for free.
