1.    The offer applies to bookings made between 00.01 hrs GMT+1 Tuesday 29 August 2023 and 23:59 hrs GMT+1 Tuesday 19 September 2023.
2.    The offer is save 15% and receive a free single room supplement on selected tours to Peru departing during 2024.
3.    The offer is available on the following three tours: Inca Trail Trek (code PQ), Peru In Depth and the Inca Trail (code PE), and Walk Peru's Inca Trail and Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain (code PM)
4.    The offer is available on any departure dates of tours during 2024 and is strictly subject to availability of both single rooms and Inca Trail permits.   
5.    This offer is available to customers booking directly with Explore as well as customers booking indirectly through travel agencies, both from the UK and overseas. 
6.    This offer applies to small group trips only. Stand-alone extensions, private tours and exclusive groups are excluded.
7.    Offer does not apply to family adventures.
8.    Trips that have departures that are included in the offer are flagged on the Explore website, and will show the discounted price and the price of a single room option as free. There is no need to quote a promotional discount code. Please note, however, that free single room options are limited, subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
9.    Customers who book on a twin-share basis will only be eligible for the 15% discount. 
10.    Please note that each of the tours has three nights where single accommodation is not available. This information is listed in the Trip Notes which are available on our website.
11.    You do not need to quote anything at the time of booking to qualify for the offer. The discount has already been applied to the trip. 
12.    We regret the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.  
13.    As per our standard terms & conditions, it is not possible to cancel and rebook back onto the original departure date to take advantage of any current special offer.
14.    Please note that due to the limited availability of free single rooms on these tours there may be rare occasions when there are no more free single rooms available even though the price is showing ‘Free’. If you are booking by phone, or via a Travel Agent, availability of the free single room will be confirmed by Explore’s customer service team. If booking on our website availability of the single room will be confirmed at stage 2 of the booking process.
15.    The offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Explore loyalty scheme, group discount offer, the ‘Recommend a Friend’ offer (see website for full details).
16.    The offer is available in all currencies.
17.    The offer is subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
18.    The customer is responsible for having adequate and valid travel insurance.
19.    Trips may be added or removed at any time.
