EXPLORE RECEIVES FEEFO GOLD TRUSTED SERVICE AWARD 2021

This morning, Explore has been awarded a Gold Trusted Service Award Winner for 2021, following two years of consistent, independently-moderated reviews via Feefo.
Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards are unique in that they are based purely on feedback from customers, providing a true reflection of a company’s commitment to outstanding customer service
Feefo has given Gold Trusted Service awards to businesses who have consistently received a Feefo rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 (out of 5) between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2021.

This award means even more following another difficult year for the travel industry. Named a Which? Recommended Provider for Escorted Tours in 2021 for the second year running, Explore has been recognised throughout the pandemic for continuing to do the right thing. With an excellent track record and flexible policies in place both pre- and on-trip, Explore has continued to place huge value on trust, which has stood the company in good stead as demand returns.
